Dear Parents and Carers

As we are going through these difficult times I want to assure you that we are here to support you.

Teachers have been contacting parents to determine the best way to provide continued education if/when your child is isolating. We also want to determine how we can continue compulsory education in Term 2 if students are asked to isolate at home.

Please read the attached letter from Minister Uibo in relation to student attendance for the rest of this Term.

For the remainder of Term 1, teachers have made education packs that you can collect if you would like. These are not compulsory.

In the 4 days before Easter school break, all government schools will be having professional development days for all school staff. As per Minister Uibo’s letter if you are an essential worker, please contact the school so we can discuss arrangements for your child during these days. An alternative program for students who fall under this category will be planned.
